Voir tous les avisJust moved back to OB after a long hiatus in other neighborhoods, and Indie Yoga is the closest studio to me. I’ve tried two classes so far, and they were both great. Charity will probably become one of my favorite teachers. Her vinyasa 2 flow was strong, challenging, and expertly paced with the perfect playlist to complement challenging sequences. I left feeling alive and inspired.

Shes super knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole practice while keeping it soothing and relaxing. She led it flawlessly and there was some sound bowl healing at the end. I felt an incredible difference the moment I walked out of the studio. Such a powerful session. I’ll definitely be back for more yin yoga sessions from her! First time here and first time trying yin yoga and it’s now my favorite for sure. 🩷🙌🏽

Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!
