Voir tous les avisI liked the smaller space of the studio. Very clean and staff was friendly. I can see how parking is a pain in the summer. This class was a bit different as I notice most classes will continue telling you the next move - this class ran through the sequence a few times and then we were left to go through them on our own. I didn’t realize how much I autopilot in prior classes and so this forced me to pay more attention so that I could remember what was next! I loved it more than I thought I might! Will be back 🫶

Voir tous les avisThe class was great, I was the only one there tonight which is crazy because it was such a good experience! Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!
