I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

Voir tous les avisWhat a great class! Amazing energy and fun instructor! Mayu was so funny and welcoming. Other members were also very welcoming. Facility was nice and clean. Hot room was very good temperature. I very much enjoyed the class and will be back soon!
