Voir tous les avisTyng Tyng recommended this class to me the last time I tried aerial fly. It is a series of yoga poses that you do at your own pace. Hyunyoung was very patient with me as I was new to the class. I am pretty flexible but I was amazed with the deep stretch in my hips and hamstrings. I love that she corrects my posture to deepen the stretches. They normally end the class with backward arches/handstands and that's exactly my goal!
