She’s so sweet and helped get us set up before class started and took her time explaining best practices. Voir tous les avisThe instructor was wonderful. Basic sequence for beginners with a slow pace. Huge value add to have a sound bath at the end. Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

The workout was challenging and targeted every muscle and I felt so good and sore after. Overall a super fun class - doing this often will def lead to a toned body!

Her encouragement creates an inclusive atmosphere where it feels okay to make mistakes. It’s refreshing to find an instructor who truly boosts your confidence while you’re learning. I felt like she has been the most inclusive of all teachers at this studios so far that I’ve tried. She was mindful of everyone at all levels of practice. I really appreciated that and felt more grace towards myself when I couldn’t always hold the poses I wanted. I was happy I was given other options.

I arrived a bit late and still had to change, so they helped me find the restroom and even laid out my mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket for me so it’d be ready when I came back. The gong bath in the end was so peaceful and rejuvenating, which was exactly what I needed today. Lovely practice and highly recommend! As for location, I’d suggest using the stairs to the right of the FedEx entrance, then you’ll see a sign to turn left towards the studio🫶

Airin’s energy is 10/10 and infectious. She’s a great instructor and gives options. It’s hard to find good non-heated yoga/pilates in north OC but I’m glad I found class 46!

There’s one in the front, but having more mirrors would make it easier to check and correct my form during class. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I could tell Amber knew her stuff. I enjoy a deep tissue massage as I tend to be very tight and she was able to apply a great amount of pressure. She did a good job checking in with whether I was tolerating it as well. Not only was the massage good but the whole atmosphere of the wellness center was nice. They are a holistic wellness center that also specializes in natural health. After visiting, I am excited to focus more on my family's overall health through herbal remedies.
