The class was really small with only 6 people and while the big window was nice for sunlight, I really wished there were mirrors on both sides so I could see what I was doing. Overall, it was a really good class and I already feel the soreness which means it’s working!! Lots of good shakes from this class. I would book again!

Voir tous les avisOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations.
