Voir tous les avisDavid’s Fight Camp class was a great time. I have zero boxing experience, so I was skeptical, but David was patient and thorough. As were the other attendees. The class was challenging in the best way, with a mix of typical work outs and gloved sets. I wouldn’t classify it as beginner, but it’s not hard to pick up. The rotating stations flowed well, and I enjoyed the spontaneity of sets and time intervals. I look forward to going back! I only wish I lived closer. I’m already prepared for no two classes to look the same, and improving my skills.

Voir tous les avisI recently attended a class at Mayweather Boxing Fitness and had an outstanding experience. Kevin created such a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. He even had my name displayed on the entrance sign, which was such a thoughtful touch. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making the class feel approachable while still being challenging. The music selection was perfect and kept the energy high throughout the entire workout. Today, I’m definitely feeling the results and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I can barely walk straight, which tells you everything you need to know about how effective this workout was. Temika is AMAZING. She really focuses on proper form and makes sure you’re doing everything correctly so you actually activate the right muscles… and baby, I am FEELING it. Legs, glutes, back, chest nothing was spared. If you want a real workout that delivers results, take her class (just be prepared to walk like a baby deer the next day).

Olga was incredibly professional while also being super friendly and funny — she made the whole class feel welcoming and the time flew by. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
