Gave me tour of the studio right before the class started, and even let me know what other classes they have available. The class was pretty easy to keep up with especially if you’ve taken a barre class before. EVEN if you haven’t trust me you’ll enjoy it. And the instructor provided modifications if needed! Will definitely be back soon!

Would highly recommend for regular lifters. You can tell this location has a lot of regulars, as people are super friendly and talkative

The workout was fast paced and I was struggling in the beginning, but before you know it you’re having so much fun vibing to the music and working out, and then all of a sudden the class is over! Friday night’s class was a great start to the weekend. Will absolutely be back, 13/10 recommend.

There weren’t a lot of people there at the time I went (6:30 AM) and I loved that I didn’t have to fight for space or equipment. I inquired about a membership and the price was very reasonable. The staff member I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would 100% return and recommend. It was also clean!

Post warm up much of the class if at your own pace, progressively increasing weight per circuit. Very enjoyable class and worth the time and effort.
