The moves were intense in the best way, and she incorporated a lot of unique and new movements I haven’t experienced in a mat class before. We all felt the burn the entire time but Sara made us smile and laugh here and there which helped me push through. Top tier playlist too! Thirty seconds in, my glutes were on fire and threatening to sue me, leave the family, and walk out. Fortunately, they were in too much pain to go anywhere. Just as I accepted death and prepared to meet my ancestors, I thought, “Thank God, it must be over.” No. Apparently, that was only lower body. Madison cheerfully moved on to upper body as though there were still functioning parts of me left to target. By the end, I had experienced pain in muscles I didn’t even know were legally mine—and somehow loved every minute of it. The class was brutal, brilliantly coached, and genuinely fantastic. As I staggered out, Madison said, “Great job! I didn’t realize you were all on the same level.” I’m not sure what level everyone else was on. I was on Level: Stay Alive. Five stars. I’ll be using the rest of my ClassPass credits on therapy. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting shaking in my car out in the parking lot 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

She’s equal parts fitness instructor, therapist, and benevolent dictator. I came for fitness and accidentally discovered several muscles I didn’t know I owned. I left looking like I’d lost a fight with the reformer, but somehow feeling taller, stronger, and weirdly optimistic. If you’re looking for an easy workout, keep walking. If you want an hour that’ll humble you, make you question your choices, and somehow have you booking the next class anyway—book Jasmine. My abs have filed a formal complaint, my buns are considering legal action, and sitting down tomorrow is officially none of my business. 10/10. Would voluntarily suffer again.

This is my first time trying reformer Pilates normally I do hot mat but I was so excited and Hannah made it so much more comfortable with following her queues and offering modifications as needed. I felt so encouraged to come back and do it again. I am a bigger girl so it feels great to feel welcome and included in a space that you don’t see much big girls in. I’ll definitely be coming back! Drink your water for sure before coming haha I definitely got my core rocked today!

She paid close attention to my friend and consistently offered modifications to make sure she was comfortable. She is also very attentive to form and helped me make adjustments, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone’s experience. Transitions were not rushed like they are at some studios, studio wasn’t too dark and music wasn’t too loud. There was an emphasis on safety and form, and modifications were given throughout class. I’d definitely come back to workout with Emily again!

She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.
