Voir tous les avisThis class was on point for what I was needing today. The time went by so fast I don’t even realize it! I love that Kristie gave us a song to go at whatever level we could go and that was the final push for me to keep it going. I went up 3 levels and gave it my all. Felt good.

Voir tous les avisThis class was amazing. I try to exercise but am not a weight lifter by any means. That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!
