Voir tous les avisNathan is my new favorite yoga instructor! And I love the studio too. It’s got a fantastic down to earth vibe and everywhere you look there’s somewhere awesome to put your drishde. Especially if you consider knots in wood awesome, which I do lol. Practicing here is noticeably improving my yoga practice in terms of technique and precision. At the same time, it has the laid back, no judgment, authentic vibe that means I know I can show up no matter what kind of day I’ve had or how I’m feeling. Love love love.
