Voir tous les avisNice studio! Not quite as hot as I went in thinking. It is certainly heated but not like “hot” compared to CorePower or Y6. Having showers onsite is certainly nice perk too! Instructions was good but the layout was a little strange, had never been in a class where the students were perpendicular to the teacher. Made it a little difficult to see what we were doing in some parts of the class but overall it was a wonderful class with modifications to make it easier or harder depending on what you need.

She’s very knowledgeable in her work and shares her knowledge with you. I was super comfortable from the time I walked in I knew the energy was “just right”. I highly recommend this facility. I had only experienced like 5 minute Reiki “add on sessions” at another facility and had never had a full Reiki session before and I wasn’t too sure what to expect. After the session, I had an overwhelming sense of weight lifted off my chest and the past week I have noticed myself having a whole different way of looking at situations in a positive and more productive way. I also enjoyed the shop and bought myself an orange aventurine crystal, sage and a tigers eye bracelet. Overall amazing experience!
