Natasha is the perfect combination of clinical and functional fitness. She is fun, happy and always a pleasure to be greeted by. I have followed Natasha to this studio from her last (across 4 suburbs)! because she is an amazing teaching! Highly recommend!

Voir tous les avisMichelle is great instructor. It’s a bit chaotic at times as there are 2-3 groups doing specifics sets. However Michelle’s guidance and the note board helps to keep us aligned. I like the collaborative culture. People in the group are supportive and encourage the ones that lack the skills to push through. This is one of my go to studious on Class Pass.

Voir tous les avisFirst class back after a long while. I was slightly hesitant because I normally don’t enjoy Yin Yoga as much but I was proven wrong. The instructor was friendly and professional and the poses were a great long lasting stretch leaving me feeling light as I walked out of class! The yoga studio was also very calming and clean which is always a plus in my books! Great experience, thank you!

All the machines are new and work great with a good variety between cardio, resistance and a barbell weights room. The people working there are always nice and welcoming. It’s nice to be able to drop in, get your own workout flow going and then leave without any small talk or pressures to sign up to anything.
