The instructor took the time to introduce herself and to learn about us, whether it was our first time, had we ever cycled before etc. We were properly fitted to our assigned bikes. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! Will be back!

We used kettle bells, dumbbells, jump rope, and the parking lot to burn calories. This is the spot to shred weight and tone! I will be coming back and I recommend it to people wanting to tone and stay in shape.
