I have only done a couple classes with Space and they all happened to be with her and she gives great instruction and has such a warm and welcoming soul for a newbie like me. So sad to hear it’s the end (for now). Her gratitude and kindness is the main reason i started doing yoga regularly. Wishing nothing but the best for all the members. Voir tous les avisAMAZING! This was such a cool gym. The inside has everything a regular strength training gym would have (possibly some specialty pieces of equipment). Then they have a big outside turf area with lanes, strength training machines, cardio machines and free weights. They held the class even though I was the only one who signed up, INCREDIBLE! And my trainer was Hunter. I felt like he got to know me and pushed me in a way I felt comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and I plan to go back.

Voir tous les avisBe warned that the Pilates studio is not at this location. I showed up after circling to find parking for them to say “oh this is 5 minutes from here and they have a parking lot”. Luckily I had 5 minutes to get there. Great instructor. Only one other student. Only 4 reformers.

It was, hands down, the funnest yoga class I've ever taken - I loved every single bit of it! Sharon's teaching style is engaging, informative, and inspiring. She expertly guided us through each chakra, sharing her vast knowledge and introducing me to new mantras, including the beautiful Lotus Flower. Her passion and energy are contagious! The class was both challenging and nurturing, leaving me feeling flabbergasted and beaming with a super grin happy face! If you're looking for a unique and transformative yoga experience, look no further! Sharon Burkee is a true gem, and I can't wait to attend her class again. 5 stars, 10/10, and a heart full of gratitude!

Voir tous les avisThe name is misleading. This is a Silver Sneakers class (for more mature people). Most of the exercises were done sitting in a chair. We did two short stretches at the end. We used small weights and a ball. Not the class I was expecting, but the instructions were clear and the instructor made sure everyone was safe. :-). So… not a true stretch class.

It's a no judgement zone and there are people of all ages. Most of the choreo is easy to follow and if you are a first timer as long as you are moving you will pick it up. or just put your own flavor to it as it feels more like a dance class than a traditional Zumba class.
