Voir tous les avisYou MUST take this class! Such a challenge yet rewarding process! Get ready to SWEAT and SHAKE! There were about 8 stations set up with 5 minutes in each station. Each station had about 2-4 different exercises that will leaving you dying (in a great way)! Manu was absolutely amazing at showcasing the exercises and making sure you knew what you were doing at each station plus she was checking for form and PUSHING you! I will definitely be back! 1000/10!
