Her pace was perfect and had a beautiful rhythm. I really hope she teaches a class like this regularly, this was one of the best restorative classes I have been to!

Voir tous les avisThis class was perfect for a Sunday morning! It was a small group (only 6 people), which was nice! It was slow and relaxing, but it felt perfect. Don’t go expecting an intense workout. It was truly perfect for all levels. And Samantha’s teaching style was so easy to follow. You could do the whole class with your eyes closed because she so clearly cued everything. Would definitely go again!
