But, they managed to make it fun and it’s 45 minutes to dedicate ourselves for our well-being. I’ll take it. What a great place and community of humans!

I am a gym guy and prefer the typical weights but this class combines weights with movements that keeps you as a constant motion burning an unbelievable amount of calories. If you’re looking for something to lose weight, Burn Fat and still retain a good muscle mass, I will recommend taking his class. PS the playlist is fire.

If you’re new to this style of gym, don’t be afraid to ask for more explanation of the workout. I got by from going in the past but a newbie could be lost. They go through the directions really fast.
