Voir tous les avisJas is the best instructor to take at yoga joint. She is always incorporating self care mantras and encouraging her class members to become aligned with themselves. She slows down the flow a bit and allows for deeper stretches and holding positions longer to build strength. I so appreciate her classes and always leave feeling very grounded and at peace. She is such an approachable human with a nurturing aura that radiates kindness. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend taking a class with Jas. She rotates between Deerfield, Central Boca, and West Boca locations.

Within 15 minutes, I could already feel my muscles working, and by the end of the 45-minute session, I was completely spent—but in the best way. It was such a fun and intense booty workout that left me sore for an entire week (no exaggeration!). Chellie’s energy, expertise, and encouragement made the whole experience so enjoyable, even when my legs felt like jelly. If I could train with her three times a week, I know I’d be looking amazing in no time. Can’t wait for my next session—Chellie absolutely rocks!

Class was smooth through the transitions and not so many moves crammed into 1 workout so I felt like my body was able to have more mind body connection which was great. It was challenging without it being too easy or hard. I would come back. Studio was also very clean and organized. 10/10

Her voice is so soothing and she is very detailed on each pose so if you don’t know the names of the poses, she walks you through it. This was a beautiful flow. Starts off slow and relaxing and in the middle it becomes a little more fast pace, but she walks you through it and then it goes right into yin. I would rate her 10 stars if I could.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Voir tous les avisAMAZING! This was such a cool gym. The inside has everything a regular strength training gym would have (possibly some specialty pieces of equipment). Then they have a big outside turf area with lanes, strength training machines, cardio machines and free weights. They held the class even though I was the only one who signed up, INCREDIBLE! And my trainer was Hunter. I felt like he got to know me and pushed me in a way I felt comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and I plan to go back.

There was no individualized attention to form or function, so please know your own modifications to keep you safe. As an older person, I felt the music was too loud, but that just could be me. Overall, the class was detoxifying, enjoyable & beneficial for the physical & emotional bodies.
