Voir tous les avisThis was one of the better workout classes I have experienced in this area. The class was a 38-minute Sweat & Shred which consisted of a 10-exercise circuit where we did each move for 40 seconds, two times in a row with two total rounds. The exercises were a nice mixture of strength, cardio, and functional mobility training. The coach, owner Joel Metzger, was knowledgeable, frequently rotating to each client to correct form and challenge all of us. He was a motivating presence with a high-energy vibe. I loved the mixture of equipment, from Freeform treadmill to TRX straps to stability balls for Good Mornings. The highlight was DJ C Base, a freshmen at Plant High School who has true spin talent! I will be back!
