Sam is an amazing instructor - she’s super friendly and encouraging, and paid close attention to everyone throughout class. She asked me a few questions before class and adapted specific exercises when needed, very attentive. Definitely would recommend!!

Halfway through the class I realized why I thought that. Because I was sweating like a wh*re in church hahaha. Amazing pace, amazing instructor 10/10 I will be back!

The type of music and volume were on point and had me energized to go beyond my quitting point ( I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow). The workout was challenging and the trainer was kind and encouraging. 👍👍👍

Voir tous les avisOne of the best Pilates classes I have taken in a long time. Instructor gave fantastic alignment cues throughout the entire class. Class was very challenging but not to the extreme where the wrong muscles tense up and take over. Other students were very welcoming and no one was there to take selfies or make content which was very refreshing in Miami :)
