Voir tous les avisThis was my first time at Pilates 4 Life, and my third time ever trying reformer Pilates. The instructor was amazing, friendly. The studio was spacious and open.I felt welcomed and encouraged as I’m getting back into my fitness journey. Little things like this really make your experience so much better! I also love how they geared the class to be challenging but doable for all fitness levels. She was very informative in explaining the moves so I understood them easily. We were able to adjust the springs to make it easier or more difficult. Overall this studio was an amazing. It was judgement free and encouraging when I needed help. I felt amazing during and after my workout. It really was enjoyable. I will definitely be back to this studio! Highly recommend!!
