Voir tous les avisSuch a great teacher and such a fun and thoughtful class. We focused on the hamstrings today and slowly over an hour when through a series of different poses to find more opening. So rare to get that much attention to detail in a yoga class.

Everyone was so welcoming - including the other women in the class. Was a great restorative practice and really appreciated Georgia asking for requests and then following through with poses to benefit.
