The workout kept my heartrate up & it forced me to focus on my breath work in order to put out! I almost ran outta gas 😅 but I really enjoyed the environment & getting my butt kicked! I haven't put in that type of full body workout in a long time. Great job F45! I will definitely be back 🫶🏾

There was only one other person who was a regular taking the class too so we had a lot of one-on-one time with the coach which was really beneficial since I’ve never done CrossFit before. He was very welcoming. Didn’t feel judged at all. Will be back 😊
