Voir tous les avisThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

Voir tous les avisThis is a chiropractic office that also does massages so it won’t be a spa experience. You will hear the ticking of the clock, noises in the hallway and talking from other rooms. The music for the whole office plays very lightly. Come early to go over your history with the chiropractor but someone else did my massage. She asked me what I would like to focus on so not sure the initial history with the chiropractor gets communicated over. The linens on the massage bed are basic but the bed can be heated which is nice. I also like the use of lotion instead of oil. The massage itself was deep tissue and great!

The massage that I got here from Reyna is absolutely #1 out of all of those. I got a ClassPass membership just to come here to see her. Needless to say 5/5 isn’t high enough score!

Voir tous les avisI got the 60 minute deep tissue thai style massage and Grace did my massage. I was massaged thoroughly. It was painful at times but good! I felt loosened up. She walked on my back, really worked on the knots on my scapula/ shoulders. I already scheduled my next appointment and planning to come here regularly. Front desk is very welcoming. I like that they give you a paper at the beginning to circle parts of the body to focus on and preference on pressure, walking on the back, stretching. I think it’s really good way to clearly communicate my preferences.
