Voir tous les avisJiYeong is an awesome instructor! lots of hands on adjustment and form correction. class was deceptively challenging (in a good way!), a great core workout, beginner friendly. the only class i’d wake up before 8am for. plenty of parking in the lot. wear grip socks!

Voir tous les avisFirst time attending the class and it was so much fun! The instructor is so nice and breaks down the moves, so it’s clear and you can follow. Great class for beginners or anyone who wants to get back into dancing. Will definitely be back

Voir tous les avisEasily one of the best, most fun fitness classes I have ever taken! I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t what I experienced, it was better! Highly, highly recommend trying it at least once. Especially if you have some pent-up anger or frustration you need to get out, this is a great class for hitting things and releasing some energy with controlled violence lol

Voir tous les avisThis was a very fun class with teachers Ruby and Alfonso! I hadn’t danced in many years, my coordination was out of sync and they were so nice and patient. Street parking is free and easy to find in front of the studio. I will be back!
