Voir tous les avisReally enjoyed Wendy’s Ki Foundation class - it’s great for beginners and she has a sweet and cheerful disposition which makes the class memorable. Hope eventually there will be more outlets for Ki Yoga because I’ll be moving away the area soon, but will definitely try my best to come back no matter the distance because the teachers at Ki are great and it’s homely space to practice yoga.

Voir tous les avisGreat stretch and detox! Came to class with lower back pain and after class the pain was gone! Good mix of stretching and strengthening with just the right amount of push. The instructor was attentive and would help students get into more challenging stretches. Only one downside - the studio was only opened 5 minutes before even though the instructions said to come 15 minutes early so I spent a good 10-15 minutes waiting in the hot and stuffy space outside the studio.

It is a mixture and variety of many sounds and noises. It feels chaotic yet orderly at the same time? Other participants did fall asleep but I felt overwhelmed at some parts. Kin explained the session very well. I enjoyed the session. Thank you for creating this safe space. Will definitely come back again.
