I went nervous to the class and ended up having lot of confidence because the trainers made me feel really welcomed. Besides that, mi body was sooooore after that session 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 100% worth it.

What sets this apart is the fact that Cooper takes time with people who are doing the class to correct their form, where I noticed a lot of other places don't. I think the general space and atmosphere is also a lot better. I love the fact there is access to a sauna and ice bath. I'll be back!
