You could tell she was a seasoned pilates instructor, but still made the time to let you be in control of your own class - if something was too much, or if you wanted to push that little extra, it was entirely in your hands! Voir tous les avisFirst time ever experienced hot yoga here with Cecillia 🙌 She was so welcoming, caring and patient as she knew I was new to this. The facility is 10/10 as it is SO CLEAN! You can also shower here if you want and bring your own towel, I’m pretty sure shampoo&conditioner and body wash are provided. Highly recommended and would come again! 💯
