My aesthetician gave a top notch facial massage, was knowledgeable, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process, so shout out to Meg—she could easily work at a 5 star spa. Parking was a nightmare on a Friday night, so that was a major drawback for me, as I was docked the extra 10 minutes I had to spend looking for a spot. There were no extra bells and whistles in so far as technology goes for this facial, it was just various products and your standard facial steps, but the end result was glowing and radiant skin. I’m happy to have spent these credits here, which would have otherwise expired. I will probably return, and I will most likely ask for Meg again because she is a gem

The actual scalp treatment was very effective to get rid of buildup, but quite painful. I might just be extra sensitive, but it felt a bit rough. I did express this and she lightened up on the pressure which was appreciated! Just something to keep in mind!
