Voir tous les avisSo fun! The instructor REALLY emphasizes good form which is amazing, but the class is still very heavy on your back. If you have back issues, I would be careful in this class. But otherwise it was awesome.

Voir tous les avisGreat equipment selection. No frills, no ego. I'd be a member if I lived in conshy. Tho I didn't get on the deadlift platform, I had access to benches, racks and anything else I needed no problem. Some dude was trying to PR or something and was legit on the platform for 45 minutes. Like dude. Come on. But that's okay. They had two platforms, but one had the hex bar and I'm not a fan. I got my deadlifts in at the dumbbell station where they have those 100 pound curl bars. That worked just fine. I didn't get to go as heavy as I would have liked but I'll live. Recommend this place, I will be back when I'm in the area
