Excellent. Very friendly. The gym is family owned by a husband and wife. There was a 2 year old onsite to keep you distracted from the workout challenges. We did full body and Giovanni hit all body parts. My core is feeling it now and I just left. He is great at giving modifications and checking in on how you are doing during the workout.
