Voir tous les avisThe coach adjusts to your skill level, so this is ok for beginners. You have a shared coach with all the people who are there during your timeslot. Was taught the basics as I was a complete beginner. Our coach also made us do cardio at the start and end of the session. I enjoyed it especially the sparring part. Just note that there are no lockers or cubbyholes, so your stuff are just out in the open, placed on benches.

I tried boxing before the pandemic hits so this was my first time again after 3 years or so. It was hard but it was fun thanks to coach Paulo. Will definitely go back again for another session

Voir tous les avis1 on 1 session during the time i was there. Coach was very hands on and adjusted the exercise based on my fitness level. It was really a fun and intense workout. If you’re only after having a holistic workout (without minding their showers) this is the best boxing gym i went to. Better than the overrated E**** gym. Haha the coaches in corex even give u a massage
