I think this class is especially good for people with anxiety or those who’ve been overthinking a lot lately. A little reminder that it’s okay to take up space. ✨

Voir tous les avisCoach Martin is accommodating for beginners but will push you to go for your limits and not give up. Lucky there were only 3 of us in the class today so he was able to demonstrate the proper form. As for the gym itself, if they can add 1 or 2 more big fans, I think it would be better for airflow.

This class definitely got me sweating and struggling, but in a good way! Masha was attentive, helping correct my form and offering modifications whenever I needed them. As a beginner, I never felt intimidated or out of place. The atmosphere was welcoming, staff was also kind, and I left feeling accomplished and energized. I’d love to come back again!

Voir tous les avisI think i found my new favorite studio in the metro 😌 i loved every sqm of the place, it was clean, spacious, aesthetic interior, and with complete amenities! They have lockers, shower, water dispenser, all the equipment are provided. They even give hot tea and biscuits after class +1! The class was very relaxing.. too relaxing i almost fell asleep 😆 coach was so good at giving instructions and affirmations. Recommended for beginners and even those who do not have any experience in yoga. Will come back to try other classes! 💗
