I have NEVER attended a class where everyone celebrated each other’s success! Definitely recommend! I will be going back!

Didn't feel rushed at all, it was smooth and flowy. I was able to get out of my comfort zone and Amy helped me with some pretty cool poses.

She warmed up our technique first before learning the combo and checked our technique and fixed any errors we had before moving on! The combo was easy to learn and to make your own. I learned a lot and will definitely be back! A good class for all levels and is technical focused!
