She is incredibly helpful and explains each exercise clearly, making sure everyone understands proper form. I also really appreciated how she offers gentle corrections throughout the class when needed. It was a fantastic workout, and I truly enjoyed training with her. Highly recommend!

The instructor was excellent and actually did the class with us not just talk us through the moves which I'm seeing more and more. The infared with heat was just warm enough for me to drip sweat the whole time. I will be back!!

She helped me through every movement and made sure that I was comfortable the whole entire time not to mention the playlist was fire and sometimes you need to hear bartender by T-Pain at 7 AM. The rain might’ve kept others away, but I’m glad that I came.

It helped me restore my lower back from driving 5.5hours and painting walls😂 in the last 2 days. Voir tous les avisVery clean and peaceful. Had cold plunge, hot tub, shower, sauna, red like therapy, LEG AND HIP normatec massage. The owner showed me around and explained how to use the machines. And then let me do my thing. I will say for the ladies this is an open environment. The red light therapy is private. But the shower which is required for sanitary purposes is open and in the middle. It’s nice for convenience when you’re going back n forth between the sauna and the pools, but again for the ladies you may feel a bit exposed. It was quiet and not many people there.

If you’re going to the float be sure to wear shoes you don’t mind getting salt on (I forgot) and bring your own lotion if you’re vegan or plant based because their option is a goat milk cream. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to be back!
