Sam is an amazing instructor - she’s super friendly and encouraging, and paid close attention to everyone throughout class. She asked me a few questions before class and adapted specific exercises when needed, very attentive. Definitely would recommend!!

The type of music and volume were on point and had me energized to go beyond my quitting point ( I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow).
