Voir tous les avisWell, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.

Voir tous les avisI felt so much pain relief in my back and head after this class. I had a knee injury, and the instructor was more than accomodating! The only thing was that I don’t think the AC works well because it turned into hot yoga really quickly, and I was slipping and sliding on my mat (good thing I love hot yoga haha). What a cute, one-room studio in a unique building!

Voir tous les avisSuch a fun class! I had no idea you could do so much with resistance bands. The playlist was awesome. I’ll be back and come early to check out the shop upstairs. Also, they have all the props you need for free which is nice.
