Voir tous les avisKiera is a great instructor. She is engaging and encouraging as she actively walks around the classroom throughout the duration of class. Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

Michael's energy and enthusiasm were contagious, making the workout both challenging and enjoyable. He provided clear instructions and personalized feedback, ensuring everyone in the class could keep up and perform the exercises correctly. The variety of exercises kept things interesting, and I left the class feeling accomplished and motivated. I highly recommend Michael's F45 class to anyone looking to push their fitness limits and have a great time doing it!

I'm in pretty good shape, but I was completely drenched in sweat by the end of it. Codi did a great job keeping everyone informed and motivated, and I personally enjoyed the music selection. I will definitely come back the next time in the area and highly recommend you give it a try!

Voir tous les avisI really liked this class! It was challenging in a great way. The space at Triangle Foundry is very welcoming - they have everything you need, whether it is props or a cup of tea. Parking was easy and the studio was easy to find. Karyna greeted me at the front desk and gave me a tour so I knew where to go and what I needed to set up. The instructor, Liv, was very engaging. I love that she started the class with a poem. 60 minutes went by very quickly and I left feeling strong and powerful. I will be back!

I was able to fully immerse myself in the yoga practice because it just felt like such a safe place. The class ended with her putting a little bit of essential oil on you and a rub on your forehead. I will definitely be returning! Ten out of ten!
