I absolutely love how it's so much easier on my knees but still gets my heart rate up. I have been doing Pilates for over a year now and was dripping sweat like I did when I first started. can't wait to attend class again.

Voir tous les avisI used to be a member at CP and this was the most challenging I have taken. I loved it! I am recovering from tendonitis on my feet so it was perfect for me because of the use of the TRX straps and the mat underneath. I am trying to stay in shape without aggravating my feet so it was low impact. There was jumping but I did an alternative. Peggy was very straight forward demonstrating and explaining each move. Love the fact we did some foot work before working out! Much needed!

He was also very considerate with asking for consent to gently correct my form (which was needed and appreciated!!) all and all I will definitely be back. Everyone from the front desk was also very kind and welcoming! Thanks Club Pilates for a great first experience !!

Voir tous les avisI’ve been to about 6 Pilates classes at 6 different studios. Legacy Club Pilates is my favorite so far. I am thankful there is no loud music and that the focus is on the flow of exercises to strengthen and lengthen upper, core and lower body. They have a system (and add’l props) that non of the other studios have to safely support the body while still challenging the different muscle groups. The instructor was so nice and watched our group to make small adjustments when needed.
