Voir tous les avisKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

Voir tous les avisLovely studio! This time I tried a Circuit class, which was a nice workout, and was invited to stay for a free yoga class. 2 nice hours spent in a beautiful clutter-free space. The owner, Elizabeth, also took the first class and was very kind.
