Voir tous les avisRachel‘s classes are always a challenge in the best way! Her energy is contagious, and she creates an inclusive atmosphere where both beginners and advanced students can thrive. The workout is well-paced, with clear instructions on movements, muscle engagement, and modifications for all levels. She walks around, shows how the movements are supposed to look like and corrects you on the spot which is helpful. What I noticed is that I always leave feeling accomplished, sweaty, and thinking, ‘What the f did we just do?!’ The fact that she remembers people adds a personal touch. Every class with Rachel is a banger, and I can’t wait for the next one :)

J'aurais bien sûr préféré pouvoir etendre mes bras sans rencontrer ceux de ma voisine mais comme il a un super bon esprit tout le monde essaye de s'adapter à son voisin. Globalement le professeur a fini par ajuster les postures en anglais presqu'autant qu'en allemand quand il a compris que ça avait plus d effet, ce qui était productif (le cours affiche les deux langues). Je recommande.

Laura's upbeat tunes and gentle moves got everyone moving, laughing, and bonding in such a natural way. It was more than just exercise—it was a moment of joy, both for me and my little one, and I felt completely in the moment while getting a little workout. Such a perfect way to spend the morning!
