Voir tous les avisCynthia is a great instructor as she does everything she can to aide the students in her class to get through the movements with everything they need to be successful. Her instructions are clear and guidance is gentle. She creates a warm supportive class atmosphere and encourages her students throughout the movements as my favorite affirmative statement she renders is “ You got this “ and “Good Job Ladies “. Her classes come highly recommended.
