Voir tous les avisReally fun class! Challenging too. There were three other adults in the class and maybe 10-15 kids. The instructor helped me with how to kick and posture myself, etc. It was a good first experience. After many pushups, sit ups, and squats I know I’ll be sore tomorrow!
