There was another i structured which led the ending stretch/cooldown which I appreciated as that’s not usually included with boxing classes. The studio was nice and the location easy to find. The instructor did a great job of explaining different options and modifications, as well as showing them. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to take a slower pace, plenty of variety of poses. Class ends with shavasana and Jennifer provides helpful adjustments if you want them. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Will be back for another soon!

She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!

The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.

For me, this felt like a gentle hatha class with some standing asanas, but that’s fine for a Saturday morning. I left feeling relaxed yet awake.

I’d never taken a yoga class before, but once we settled in it wasn’t too intimidating. I expected a physical benefit, but I was surprised by how calm this class made me feel.
