Voir tous les avisAbsolutely loved this class - the space is just lovely and I was really looking for something more active with my two weeks on the Algarve and this class was perfect. The teacher was amazing with advice and adjustments especially as there wasn’t many of us but it was really fun and I hope I get time to go back!

Depois de experimentar várias práticas e abordagens, foi aqui que encontrei uma forma de praticar yoga em que consigo realmente estar presente, respirar fundo, desafiar o corpo e reconectar-me. E as minhas costas agradecem, tem sido uma verdadeira terapia. O João está mesmo lá para nós: genuíno, presente e sem floreados. É essa simplicidade que me faz sentir que estou, de facto, a praticar yoga. Nenhuma aula é igual à anterior, entre posturas familiares, leva-nos sempre a explorar outras novas, ora mais Hatha, ora mais Yin, sempre com a clareza necessária para nos guiar onde nos quer levar.
