Voir tous les avisThe space is really nice! The class was great! I don’t like choreo on the bike, there was a little bit of that (stand up, sit down rapidly) but I skipped and didn’t feel pressured to follow the exact directions, but still got a great workout!

Voir tous les avisGreat class as always with Mat, he has great energy and music but one thing I would like him to do is to say the speed range we should shoot for on the treadmill. For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

This was my second time attending this class, and the order of moves were different and the type of moves we did were different and I really enjoyed that variety. There were definitely some more advanced people in the class but as a beginner, I felt comfortable and welcomed, and the instructor took the time to really, make sure that I was doing everything okay and readjust which I really appreciated. Thank you Abby!

Voir tous les avisThe toned down class is great for beginners. Got there a few min early and Jessica explained all the components of the equipment and placements of hands and feet. I was able to take the machine right next to her during class which helped a lot. Great strength workout in 45 min without a ton of cardio so really enjoyed it. Would definitely go again.
