I really enjoyed the sound bath, at the beginning I chat a bit with Joanna to get the sense of what I am feeling and what I need at the moment. We had the session with "clear of minds" sound bath, and I really relaxed and fully immersed in the session. Really recommend if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or need to relax your mind!
