The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to correct everyone’s posture and form, making sure each movement is done safely and effectively. Her attention to detail has helped me improve so much, and I left class feeling stronger and more confident. She’s also very encouraging and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend her classes to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced!
