    Foundation50: Build Your Basics

    I signed up for the foundations class thinking it'd be chiller than the signature 50 class BUT no! It's still the same pace and exercises, just with more light and not as loud music. Not sure if people don't want to take the 'easier' foundations classes or because the class was in the middle of the day, but barely anyone else signed up for the class so you add the full attention from the coach. Coach Peter was PUSHING us. This was the hardest I've worked in my dozen solidcore classes cause I knew he was watching. Thanks coach 😮‍💨

    Heated Power Vinyasa

    This was the best yoga class I have ever taken. I feel very lucky to have picked this timeslot and I will be coming back to Madeline‘s classes. It was very fun and different and had me wanting to do it again and again. I can’t wait to be here again. I am not in great enough shape to fully follow all the movements and steps but I was able to still keep up and do some modifications to the routine based off what I was comfortable with.
