I’ve used other lasers where cold air is just pushed after the sting, but this laser has it running continually. I felt very comfortable with the staff as well. I will return next time I need a touch up.

He advised against it as my hair was damaged already and didn’t want to damage it further. He suggested a different tone based on my complexion and the current health of my hair.
