The esthetician was incredibly attentive, walking me through each step of the process and setting my expectations perfectly. Her approach was gentle yet impressively thorough, especially during the removal of my clogged pores, which I greatly appreciated. The highlight for me was the peel add-on I decided to go for. The difference it made was noticeable immediately, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and looking visibly improved. The combination of expert care, effective treatments, and the esthetician's informative and caring approach made this an outstanding experience. Voir tous les avisI really didn’t want to leave a review because I’d just rather not complain about my experience but I’m so upset about my experience I need this to be said. For starters I booked a gel mani/pedi for 3 PM and it was for a 50 min appointment. When I arrived the owner said she didn’t get an email about my appointment … come to find out it’s because her email was out of storage. So I had to wait 20 minutes. Fine. This looks to be a hair salon with 1 nail chair. Then as I’m doing my pedicure she comes over and says I only booked a pedicure, so I kept having to show her what I booked on my ClassPass. She kept saying ClassPass does whatever and posts whatever, but to be fair it’s your business to run, make sure your page is up to date and don’t tell customers a different story when they arrive. It’s your responsibility. Anyway, she said my credits only covered $30 and the gel mani/pedi would be $70. I agreed to pay but seriously? Be responsible for your business, that’s completely unprofessional. You’re having ClassPass advertise any and everything and then telling customers different prices when they show up. Then, my pedicure took 2 hours, the nail polish was so cheap. I mean it’s really cheap, it feels like paper. It looks dull, there’s no shine. I had all but 20 colors to choose from. Not worth the price at all, I’ve paid less out of pocket for a great gel pedi with numerous color options. And I was so tired of waiting i actually just left and didn’t get my manicure because I was extremely disappointed. Didn’t want my hands to look like my feet, I’d rather get them done elsewhere. Still tipped the woman that did my pedicure but moving forward if you don’t specialize in nails don’t offer the service. I feel like I wasted 2.5 hours of my day and I’m just so disappointed, beyond words.
